Can we get a vBet on who the remaining members of the recruiting class will end up being?

Sorry, not from me, at least until the end of the regular season. It's too hard to place odds on what will happen - bkb tried to do one on the number of schollies that would still be verballed, and he ended up vacating the vBet.

How do you make a lot of points...most I've had is like 2,000? lol

My original run to 1 mil took place over 2006 and 2007 football seasons, essentially I would make enough on vbets that near the end of the seasons there would be some bet with awesome odds, heisman or superbowl winners where you can bet across the board and in the worst case scenario you break even, best case, you hit the jackpot. Also, I try to avoid "betting with my heart" meaning that I don't go all in on the Bucks every week, if the spread looks too high or I have a bad feeling, I avoid the game, not bet on the other team, just avoid betting on that game all together.

Have a broke husband that keeps winning auctions that he has to ask me to pay for via donate. You get loads of vBucks that way too. :wink2:

It's just about time for the vThief to correct that double vDonation.

Sounds like a messy situation, so how about I just leave this sitting here and leave the room, and should it happen to get up and walk away, then we can forget this whole messy situation ever happened :p

JOHN MCCAIN.....+150
BARACK OBAMA....-210

2008 US Presidential Election Betting - Bet US Politics - Presidential Election Odds

Odds can be calculated based on "moneyline' payout formula:

NBA Playoff Moneylines
Reading a moneyline is very simple. A typical moneyline would be something like Clippers ?165, Pistons +145.
The ?165 means you must risk $165 to win $100 on the Lakers while the +145 means you get back $145 for each $100 risked should the Lakers win outright. Any ?number means that is the risk to win $100 and any +number is the payoff for risking $100. It is that simple. In the event of a tie, all moneyline wagers are settled as a Push and monies are refunded. The difference between the two lines typically starts at 20 ?cents? in basketball and gets larger as the numbers get higher. For example, if the favorite is ?240, the dog may be +200, a difference of 40 ?cents?. The higher difference at higher numbers simply serves to keep the percentage of vig for the house roughly the same.

or something like

McCain.....1/1.5
Obama.....1/0.5
Other........1/10,000
