Meh, different generations. I can assume most of us having this discussion are 30+yrs old. The kids in college now and younger play on travel teams, and are accustomed to transferring HSs more regularly than ever before. 30yrs ago it would’ve been weird to see a guy like SWD leave Amish country for Pick North, people would’ve judged much more CHjr now on his 3rd HS and living in his 3rd state, and people have openly said they hoped TSC left Bellefontaine for a bigger school(and almost look down on him for staying in his small community). If you look at the HS rankings, I’d say there is a good number of guys who are on at least their 2nd school, and IMG has created their entire program on out of state transfers.
