The first time I read anything about this guy I knew he was going to be a Trojan. High-profile All-American pocket QB type from SoCal? Please.
Congrats to USC. If this guy is as good as they say he is, I don't see him having to sit the bench for too long.

However I would think it's safe to say that ND getting Barkley would be extreme overkill on the QB front. But who knows, the same thing could be said about USC.
Also, while I don't doubt that the guy is an athlete and can run, just most of what I have seen have been rave reviews about his arm and accuracy. Not implying that Tebow doesn't have the pocket presence to be a "true" passing QB, but this guy strikes me as the one who will pick you apart before taking off running.
