Dan Patrick (I think it was DP, it was on today, and I'd hate to see it was him if it wasn't, but it was definately on 1460 this afternoon) was talking about the LenDale White thing, and said it was evidence of how "loose" practices are in So Cal (as if it were a good thing)

"Hey, this'll be funny, lets pretend LenDale gets pissed enough to commit suicide!" YEAH!!!!

Disturbing is a good word.

Yeah, I saw that prank. WTF is up with that? They were saying some of the players actually were freaked b/c they thought he had actually fallen.

Although, I guess Petey was just trying to keep his troops loose, I think he probably could have thought of something else.

I cant even imagine the press here in C-Bus, if Tress did something like that.

Exactly...the media is taking this and running with it. "Oh, aren't those guys over at USC so funny. They have to be the greatest team of all time. They are so witty to come up with sometihng like that. I bet they could beat like 6 NFL Teams right now"

But this is Pete Carroll and USC we're talking about. Petey could have actually shot LenDale and they would have made it into sometihng absolutely spectacular. It makes me sick how they can do pretty much anything and the media continues to kiss their ass and make it seem like "'SC" is God's gift to college football.

And I don't see how it's funny to fake the death of a team mate. Just doesnt seem very funny to me.
