BTW, am I the only one that wants to not just beat our early opponents but absolutely obliterate them? I certainly hope to send a message. More so than years past I am hopeful for a strong, dominant showing by our offense.

I'm more concerned with a dominant showing by our defense. It took half the season to get them playing well last year, and now we have a very new front 7.

True. I guess I just expect our defense to start a little slow whereas last year I expected the opposite - I thought they would be our strength early. I think the D finishes better than last year so starting off solid would be excellent. Offensively I just hope we intimidate teams. I think our defense will too but it will be next year.
