MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- Memphis All-American guard Chris Douglas-Roberts will enter the NBA Draft, joining teammate Derrick Rose as an early entry to the pros, the school announced Friday.
Douglas-Roberts led the Tigers with 18.1 points a game as a junior and helped them set a Division I record with 38 victories. He was picked for the NCAA all-tournament team after Memphis lost the championship game to Kansas 75-68 in overtime.

LOS ANGELES -- Luc Richard Mbah a Moute is the latest UCLA player intending to leave early for the NBA.
The junior forward said Friday he will enter the draft. The 6-foot-8 Mbah a Moute won't hire an agent right away, keeping him eligible to return to UCLA for his senior year.
"I feel that it is in my best interest to see what the NBA has to offer," Mbah a Moute said. "I have had a wonderful experience at UCLA."

ESPN.com said:Former top prep recruit Brumbaugh to enter NBA draft
Keith Brumbaugh was a top-notch college prospect in 2005, but off-court problems derailed his NBA dream. After a one-year stint as the top scorer on the junior college level, Brumbaugh informed officials Friday that he plans on entering the NBA draft.
According to the Orlando Sentinel, a formal news conference is tentatively scheduled for Monday in which Brumbaugh will announce that he is skipping his remaining years of juco eligibility to turn pro. According to the newspaper, USC, South Florida, Connecticut and Ohio State had shown interest in Brumbaugh.
Brumbaugh, 22, was named Florida's "Mr. Basketball" in 2005 after a standout career at DeLand High and signed with Oklahoma State out of high school. He never played for the Cowboys and left the team after the winter break in 2005 due to eligibility issues surrounding an ACT score.

He might be moving on but if he gets drafted I will be surprised. I think it will be more Euro for him.crazybuckfan40;1144197; said:This situation has more to it than just him thinking he is ready...I think he has been there for 4 years, and has graduated so he is ready to move on...
Now that bastion of sports authority fox news announces Koufos will declare for the draft (but no agent yet so just testing the water I assume). I will have to move him up closer to Lebron who ALMOST went to tOSU as one of my all time favorite Buckeyes.....not...I will reserve that for the likes of Butler and others who actually stick out their gift of a scholarship for the full or at least close to it four years. what a jokeJake;1144215; said:This stuff cracks me up. sportsline.com said:Mississippi State's Gordon to declare for draft without agent
Mississippi State point guard Jamont Gordon has declared for the NBA Draft, but won't hire an agent.
Gordon told the Associated Press he filed the paperwork Tuesday afternoon. In a phone interview, Gordon said he intends to go through with the draft if he remains injury-free and expects his gamble will pay off.
"I was excited about all the information I was getting," Gordon said.
Gordon sent a letter to the NBA last spring to declare for the draft, then withdrew it two days later. Players can declare for the draft then withdraw without losing their eligibility only once during their college careers, but because Gordon changed his mind so quickly, his letter hadn't been logged yet.

Agree... calling Kofous and/or his decision a joke is uncalled for.... boarders on player-bashing IMO.crazybuckfan40;1146847; said:Yeah piss on Oden, Conley, and Cook for putting tOSU basketball back on the map...
It is just a nature of the beast, but it is what it is and there was nothing about KK that showed that he wasn't a buckeye and just because he wants to further his career and start making a living doesn't make him any less of a buckeye IMO...
