I am saying good officials should not skew close calls depending on the situation. There may not be any good officials, I don't know. I do know they should always call what they see. If you are saying that good officials don't skew close calls depending on the situation, then there are no good officials. IMO, it's no different that swallowing your whistle late in a big game when there is a touch foul.
