They allowed 400+ yards to UMASS and 530+ to ND who played their awful backup QBs half of the game. This is the same scUM team as last year. They might be a little better, but I still don't see them as anything better than 6-6 (3-5) or 7-5 (4-4) at best. That's not good for a coach in his 3rd year. And given the attrition they're suffering, the depth issues that continue to plague them aren't getting any better...

I don't either, I know they will lose 4 games in the B10 (same teams as my first post). To me, 4-4 in the B10 is a positive season considering how bad they are. I was honestly expecting a 3 win season from them. Even 3-5 in B10 play completely exceeds my expectations before the season started. Again, this has little to do with how Michigan has looked so far and more to do with how bad some of the bottom feeders are this year.

It's positive for Indiana or Minnesota, not for a supposed "elite" program in their 3rd year under their HC. Some fans may see 4-4 as a positive, but that's just because DickRod has done wonders for their standards up there.

All team "prestige" aside, if you told me Michigan would win their first 3 games and then 4 in the B10, I would have said you were crazy. They are not a 7-8 win team, but the quality of most of their opponents is just plain bad.
