UGA Expands recruiting presence/fanbase in Ohio

You should always pick a school based on their football prowess. If it's in Ohio, there is only one choice. You don't want to be 1 of 6 people watching the UC Bearcat getting arrested some dismal Saturday. Xavier might have the occasional basketball team worth watching, but you can forget football.

Easy decision.

This as well. Hell, go to Montgomery Inn for the sports memoribilia. They have several large dining rooms covered wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling in autographs, photos, jerseys, footballs, baseballs, etc. A good chunk of it is local, but I'd say about 40% of is national stuff from guys who had passed through as players on road trips.

And follow it up with some skyline.

Go to the best option you have. That's Ohio State. People have a longer commute into the loop from the Chicago suburbs than you'll face on most days.

Go juggalo, and you're [censored]ing dead to us.

Well said. I would think a very large school like OSU would offer classes on Saturday for the student continuing their education but has a full work schedule. Might take me a bit longer to complete the program, but the corresponding prestige earned with that degree would make up for it.

Regardless, I need six months of service with this company in order to qualify. My first task is to make it through these 6 months.

I think you're likely to find that Ohio State is not so friendly to the non-traditional student, from a class scheduling perspective, as you might think. That six months will let you do a bit more research on the matter. Good luck!

Still? I had to finish my degree at Franklin back in the 90s because of how Ohio State scheduled classes. I had to get a full time job with bene's while in my 4th year at OSU because of a little one on the way (only junior yr in credits as I switched from engineering to business midway through soph year) and OSU did not offer any of the classes I needed at night or on the weekends at that time so I had to transfer to Franklin in order to finish my degree.

I would have thought by now they would have started offering some classes in the evenings and on weekends for working adults. Guess not.
