They didn't deserve it but they did it. Similar to Liverpool (at least to start the second half) with significant injuries to starters and seemingly entirely out of it after getting massively outplayed by a super fun Ajax side in the first half. It was an ugly, ugly second half of ping-ponging the ball back and forth between the two clubs but credit to Spurs, most of whom just played 40/90 minutes on Saturday 9 vs. 11, for the heart and the hustle. Holy shit I'm so stoked.

Now when they blow their 8 goal differential in the final week of the season to gift Arsenal a CL spot, they can hold out hope for another couple weeks of being in the show next year!
