UCLA Bruins (official thread)

What are we doing? We are both Buckeye fans. There was no intention on my part to create a argument, and certainly no intention in any way to create some sort of notion that there should be some criticism of the Buckeyes.
I'm not arguing against the criticism of Buckeyes. By all means, discuss actual points where the team can improve. But this fanbase is the most skittish bunch of whiners in CFB. It's why the Cowherd's of the world make millions of dollars. It takes less than nothing to get people worried about the likes of UCLA. It's insane.

Is this where we remember Herbie told us all how fast he is and how tall he is, and how fast he is for being so tall, about 976 times last year?

Maybe when the mayor of college football is trying to educate all of us at home, we should look more.
i asked Perplexity pro:

Here is a direct comparison of Nico Iamaleava's rushing vs passing statistics during his time at Tennessee:Summary: At Tennessee, Iamaleava was predominantly a passing quarterback with a strong arm, accumulating nearly 3,000 passing yards, but he also contributed significantly on the ground with over 400 rushing yards and 6 rushing touchdowns. His rushing yards per carry were modest at 3.3 yards, emphasizing he used runs strategically rather than as a primary offensive weapon .

Well, when watching him in Columbus last year, he looked like an oversized Steve Bellisari. This year, he's averaging 5.5 yards per carry for 332 yards and 6.4 yards per pass for 965 yards. And he's been sacked 12 times, which in college hurts the YPC and helps the YPP. Those are strong QB rushing numbers and poor QB passing numbers.

Before Cbus he was a passing phenom. That is why he got the big bucks at UCLA. Obviously things went off the wheel for him at UCLA. I think Knowles used last year to try to defend him this year, and for some god foresaken reason did not adjust quickly. Which is strange.

Big dude, strong arm. Can really zip in there on in-routes or out-routes.
Has poor accuracy on any throw requiring touch. Slow to process.
When things fall apart, has good wheels and can make positive plays.

Wait, ... are we talking about Nico or Allar?
Oh well, ... same dude.
