We just won a national championship. Our defense lost almost everybody and is somehow BETTER. The best parts of our offense are all so young they HAVE to come back to college for at least one more year.UCLA may have had a slight reset with the new coaches at the helm, and PSU though national championship fraudulent, does have a clear talent edge. Scoring that many points on Knowles is not easy. So, it does bring a raise of the eyebrow.
I didn't say UCLA is a serious threat to OSU, however, clearly they now can do some things.
I am actually curious to see how they do against MD.
It is not as though OSU has not had weird let down games in the past. You can name them, but they exist.
UCLA, in the middle of having a season that made people legitimately question if they were the worst team in all of division 1 football.......worse than UMass and Same Houston State.......pulls a win out of their asses against a team we all know underperforms with a fraudulent QB.
And your first thought is to worry. Not to celebrate having Jeremiah Smith. Not to enjoy Carnell Tate breaking out. Not to soak up the RS freshman QB throwing dimes all over the field. Not wondering if our Bo Jackson might be better than the Bo Jackson. Not the defense that still hasn't given up double digit points. It's to wonder if UCLA is something to worry about.
