Wasn’t really listening but just now see Horan is teammates with their #10 that she got pissed at. They play at Lyon in France.

Even better that she brought the fire.

Like Kobe running through Pau Gasol on the first screen in US/Spain gold medal game in 2008. Set a tone.

My favorite from last night was then showing Horan after that foul and the commentator was like “oh they’re teammates” right as the camera was on her saying “fucking bitch” in the most obvious lip reading possible :lol: She got a couple of more shots in too, which made me laugh when Dutch 10 kept whining for a card like she hadn’t done anything.

That said, the second half was much much better after the sub and especially after the foul. Morgan isn’t really a #9 though, she made some nice feeds (and blew a couple of crosses) but she just isn’t that much of a finisher. Won’t matter against 75% of the teams, but I wonder as they get further in the KO stage if scoring goals against physical defenses is going to be a limiting issue.
