I did enjoy the twitter topic about inviting England to play in the Gold Cup.
Harsh, exaggerated criticism aside- no CONCACAF game is really easy. Talking about playing the most cynical, dirty, hackfest teams in the middle of an American summer in 90 degree heat. Oh, and you are generally battling the worst referees on the planet.
England would cry themselves into a fetal position playing this. The US continue to buck the f up and dominate this region.

Gold Cup quarterfinals: USA vs. Cuba & Haiti vs. Jamaica on Saturday in Baltimore. T&T vs. Panama, Mexico vs. Costa Rica on Sunday in NJ.
I believe Saturday's game is 4:30 EST Looks like coverage must start at 4:30, kickoff is 5pm. Cuba should not pose a threat in the least. And Haiti/Jamaica should make for a nice semi-final match too. I feel confident booking the US into the final game.
Now, the other side of the bracket is the tits. Should be a hell of a couple matches on Sunday.
Is it just me that really likes T&T? Seems they have a lot of fun playing, and I've always liked Kenwyne Jones. They aren't half bad either, wouldn't be shocked to see them in the WC Hexagonal
