Defense is just bound to to break sooner or later. I would say taking the 1-1 draw would be an achievement the way this game is going.

Well, I guess at least the other two games ended in draws (with Jamaica getting a draw in Mexico City).

Still, would've liked to get at least a point in Honduras.

I'm almost convinced this Mexico National Team broadcast deal with ESPN is ESPN's soft rollout of Mexican league. I'm convinced ESPN is going to broadcast the Mexican league in Spanish on ESPN Deportes and in English on ESPN2 in the future.

Awful, awful, awful game. We had no energy at all. Down a goal in the last 15 minutes we weren't pressing at all to try to gain possession?

That back 4 has a ton of promise, but they were awful in this first game. Gotta wonder if we don't see Cherundolo and Bocanegra in Denver. It's just scary because the only way to get the new young back 4 experience together is WCQ or friendlies, but you don't want to risk WCQ games and it's so unlikely we pull all of them together for meaningless friendlies.
