Every stadium can be air-conditioned, as in Qatar's proposal.

People can't sleep in the stadiums, can they? They still have to walk on the streets in the 110 degree heat.

One Suggestion: Bring SPF 1 Trillion for the sun/heat.

I still recall being in Crew Stadium at like 2 a.m. in 2002.

Sweet. Qatar is 113th in the FIFA rankings.

But South Africa was in the 90's prior to this past summer (I think).
