First year for NIL. It threw A LOT of insiders off. And he admitted several times that without Covid, a number of guys that OSU lost in the end(Downs, Keeley, Wilson, etc) would’ve been Buckeyes. It’s hard to predict a year when it’s the first time that financial inducement can be used as a tool out in the open (spare me with saying that it was against the rules, let’s be honest and call a spade a spade). Outside of last year Birm has been arguably the most reliable OSU recruiting insider
