I really think that he was embarrassed to be seen in it by people who actually knew what it was.

In a few months when they are all back on his nuts I hope no one forgets the panic 2 point conversion he went for. He got it so it will be glossed over but the risk/reward of the decision was breathtakingly stupid.

His lack of composure/in-game coaching isn’t something that’s going to unfuck itself. Yes there is a talent gap and yes it’s his fault but even if talent was even, he’s not a good coach.

Thing is, him puckering up in big games goes back at least to his days in SF. It's who he is

You should have told him you did a stint on their faculty. That would have really blown his mind into a million pieces.

To be fair and by way of clarification, this gentleman had no idea what he was wearing. It wasn’t his fault and we tried to educate him. It was clearly from some sort of donation scenario. It wasn’t like he was a xichigan alum, but like any good xichigan man, he wouldn’t listen to reason.
