By any measure, last year should have been their year to beat us. tOSU was a good, but seriously flawed team going into the Game. The offense, despite being led by a record-breaking QB, was somewhat one dimensional for most of the season. The defense was the worst in modern program history and they had just escaped a bad Maryland team after surrendering 51 points. scUM was favored in the game for the first time in 7 years, had a top-5 defense and had won 10 in a row after dropping their opener to ND. On paper, they should have won that game. Instead, they got their doors blown off in historic fashion.DFBIA is more hilariously broken than usual this time. They got themselves so worked up that "now is our time" based off a string of wins against average to bad teams that the inevitable letdown has sent them into a very enjoyable state of hysteria and shell shock.
I don't understand what Kyle Lamb is trying to say. There is not a top 50 University of which I am aware, that is competing in the online space or shortly attempting to do so. That includes Harvard, LBS, Duke, UNC, Stanford... you name it. Universities that ignore online education do so at their own peril. What I find a bit puzzling is how limited the product offering is.
Oh, that's what the Ministry of Excuses is hanging their hat on this morning.I may be wrong, but I know some criticized Fields for taking online classes. Suggesting shenanigans I suppose.
