Yes and he said it’s very rare, which is probably true.

In fact, it’s that 10 Year War that is probably the biggest problem/hangup with the DFBIA. They think because they did have success hanging with a historically good tOSU program at that time that they should be able to do that anytime. Well, truth is that while anything is possible, it’s actually extremely hard and highly unlikely.

Dennis Green said it best: they are who we thought they were.

If you look at their W/L records by decade, the first 10 years of Bo, aka the Ten Year War, was the apex.

The 3.6 losses per year started in 1979

Well yeah, because of all the great things about their program, that's the one thing that occurred in their living memory and of which there's color film.

Ohio State is 7-2 at Kinnick and 7-4-1 at Camp Randall since 1990... I didn’t look to see if they were night games because I don’t give a shit
Back in 2006, #13 Iowa hosted Ohio State at Kinnick Stadium for a "Gold Out" night game (prompting Ted Ginn's famous line: "Good thing it wasn't a Black Out or we might not have been able to see"). Ohio State won 38-17 in one of the most difficult atmospheres in all of college football.

And tOSU's total yardage was less than the actual forward progress because Gonzo ran backwards on that one TD.
