I used to get the same, I had to change some setting in the browser settings to get that non sense to stop. I’ll look it up and get back to you.

Edit: if it’s iPhone:
Open Settings, scroll down and select Safari. Within the General section, make sure the BlockPop-ups option is toggled on. Under Privacy & Security, enable the Do Not Track and Fraudulent Website Warning options. Click the Block Cookies option within Safarisettings.

If it’s Android, I’m sure the setting are relatively similar.
