I don't think one can underestimate the difference in the situation they stepped into.

RichRod left the Clapper a cupboard full of slot dots the majority of which never received OSU caliber offers

RainMan inherited guys that fit his system and, by and large, had other big time offers.

Going by what you can measure and comparing their first two years on the job, Hoke > Harbaugh....it's all hype
Quite true.
I just didn't want to miss the opportunity to make fun of Flintstone too.

Fair Enough. How is this for taking a shot at the fat garbage Man's ability to identify talent and getting the insanity that is the scUM hype machine all in one glorious screen cap?

My guess, and this is really best demonstrated by Moped and maybe bitch tits, is he had no means to evaluate talent and simply trusted the recruitniks and their rankings.

That's either the epitome of failing to develop talent, or the epitome of failure to evaluate by recruiting gurus. Aside from Morris and Green sniffing the field occasionally in mop-up duty, has any of the other five even played in a game at all?

Derrick Green and Patrick Kugler ESPN Freshman All-Americans (SIAP)

It might seem a bit on the early side to make a freshman All-American team, but the good folks at ESPN have done just that. I'd normally start making fun of them at this point, but since they included Derrick Green and Patrick Kugler as All-Americans, I will merely applaud their good judgment and insight into all things football.
