It is helpful to read the UM boards if you want to keep up with the real root of the problems up North...

People need to realize how deeply Carr damaged this program with his shenanigans in 2007....to cover up his shenanigans of a different sort decades earlier. A decade later, we're still a few years away from recovering fully....if we do actually manage to recover.
