I still just don't think Wiscy is that good. Yes, their defense looks strong, but who have they played? They're a one dimension offense. scUM has the defense to stop them...limit Taylor and make Hornibrook have to beat you. He can't. If scUM has one thing going for them, it's a good DL. They can stop Taylor and pressure Hornibrook (who has chucked a ghastly 12 INTs in 206 attempts) into making mistakes. If scUM can be marginally effective with their run game, they have a good shot at knocking Bucky off. I wouldn't be shocked to see a gross 15-13 kind of game in scum's favor. Now, if Higdon (their best back by far) can't go, I'm not sure they'll be able to muster the points to win.

We will see what Peters is really made of on the road against a capable defense. I still think Wisconsin does enought to win (in ugly fashion of course) they may be one deminsional but then again so is scUM for the most part.

Wisky so far in 2017. No tOSU, PedSt, MSU, Rutgers scUM (yet) or Minnesota (yet). Best team they've beaten has been Iowa - and that's not even close.

Peters looks like your typical redshirt-freshman QB...that is to say nothing special. He's an improvement over O'Korn, which isn't saying much as O'Korn looked like Nick friggin' Sheridan. But, he certainly hasn't shown anything to indicate they can lean on him to help decide a close game. Part of it is probably the very vanilla scheme they run. The harbrau ministry of excuses (Mgoharbraaaauuuuu) has said it's because they're limiting what they put on film until these last two games. I don't buy that. I think they're severely limited by a terrible OL (particularly in pass blocking), a "meh" receiving core, and a gaggle of QBs that can't do much even when they have time.

Peters has basically been a game manager.....I guess if you can even call it that, in his 3 games against 3 over matched opponents. Hasnt thrown any INTs but he's also thrown only 14,13 and 18 passes in said games, it's not like theyve been making risky down the field throws on the regular either (hes only averaging 7.1 yards per attempt, which would be good for around 70th in the country if he were qualified). Basically dink and dunk and rely on the run game/defense. Which for scUM is not going to lead to victories over Ohio State or likely even Wisconsin. He's also a non-mobile stiff, so any offensive line struggles spell doom in these next 2 games.
