Yes, pretty much. On the mgoblog writeup of the PSU massacre, there is no questioning of Harbaugh, why his team was just pantsed on national TV in Harbaugh's third year, or the state of the program. Of course, neither was there mention of Lavert Hill double-birding the PSU fans after the game. In other words, it was the typical Michigan Man response of refusing to acknowledge any cracks in the ridiculous narrative they've been spinning for the past three years.

Mgoblog is Harbrau's Ministry of Excuses. Rainman could drop his khakis and start furiously masturbating midway through the first quarter and they'd say it was a motivational tool.
I don’t often go the TTUN boards...maybe once a year. So I took the stroll over there just now. It IS fun to read the threads where they feast on each other based on their current situation. Couldn’t happen to a better bunch of people if you asked me.

You and I think the narrative is the same one, regardless of who the coach is. But each time they hire a new coach, they buy in to the new guy so hard that they forget that they ever liked the old one. They jump right into "here's our new narrative", and they don't realize that it's the same as the old one.

I agree in general, but they're off the stupidity charts by orders of magnitude with Harbaugh.

Agreed. But is that a Harbaugh thing? They seemed to require new stupidity charts with each coach. Remember how RichRod was going to reinvent football in the Big Ten? And then Hoke "gets it", since he's a "Michigan Man." And now... this...
I think it is a Harbaugh thing. Rich Rod signed up and the dumbest of the dumbs were acting like nobody in the B1G had ever ran faster than 6 miles/hour.

Well that didn't work, so then Hoke comes in and he's a Michigan Man! So now the dumbest of the dumbs are automatically on board, plus a few new people who maybe tempered their expectations a bit. RR is a clown but this new guy, he coached here in the 90s! We're sure to start winning again!

Well that didn't work, either. But now we've got a big name like Rich Rod PLUS the Michigan Man-ness of Hoke! He won with Stanford! He played here! So now it's the dumbest of the dumb, plus the Hokesters, plus this new batch of fans who are sick of tempering their expectations.

Each time, you get all the idiots who jumped onto the wagon before game 1, plus a whole new group. If Harbaugh leaves, they'll need to continue the trend of better names + Michigan Man-ness for this to continue. Either that, or it'll break the fanbase that their ultimate savior couldn't get it done and they'll just become a cartoon of themselves. I mean......how could being a big name + being from Michigan have gone wrong?

Hard to imagine but the savior of all "streak of third place finishes" in the B1G east division is dangling by a thread.
At 2-2 they are tied with Rutgers for 4th and trail 4-0 OSU, Psu, and Msu, in the division. They will absolutely need to win out and get 3 losses from one of either MSu, psu or OSU to avoid a 4th place or worse finish. :smash:

They know that he is the best they can do. They wanted him for so long. The first stage is always denial (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kübler-Ross_model).

the Barwis stuff alone tops any current madness
This was the height of their idiocy. The Barwis !!!!11!!1!!) stuff was the dfbia's coming out party.

Strength and conditioning is a very important part of any college program, but those idiots literally thought he was going to win games for them. On any given day, there would be 2-3 active Barwis threads on their boards.
