is it just me or does the all mighty harbls just kind of fade in and out of sentences? i had to reread his quotes from that article twice just to make sure the subject hadn't changed and i missed it somehow...

Same schtick with their wr coach last year. Had 1yr with decker out of minny - his worst - and claim they developed him
