Veni. Vidi. Vici.
At the end of the day Harbaugh could man up and tell the kid himself. Otherwise he is a coward.
Harbaugh would rather take to Twitter to lob a thinly-veiled pot-shit at the kid, evidently.

He's going to probably end up at freaking Wisconsin. I'd say his backup plan isn't to shabby.
He's going to probably end up at freaking Wisconsin. I'd say his backup plan isn't to shabby. The link is in your own article you posted. Not much else to say at this point because UM can't comment on the situation officially because he's a recruit. Of course his coach is going to back him. I don't expect peeps on an osu message board to take the side of UM, much like I'm sure you don't expect me to take the side of Swenson. It's he said he said right now, but the only actual person that can talk to the media is Swenson and his team. So again, 48 hours later he's got CB predictions to Wisconsin. People were saying the timing was so awful there was no way he would have time to reopen his recruiting. He's going to probably end up at freaking Wisconsin. I'd say his backup plan isn't to shabby.
The link I posted supports your position that Swenson "spun a tale"? Ridiculous. That link makes the UM staff look like a bunch of liars.
Probably not with all the new info that has come to light. Glad he will probably end up at Wiscy, but the tale he spun about being blindsided is weak at best now
I ask again: What was the new information that has come to light that shows that the tale he spun about being blindsided is weak at best now"?
No, it supports the notion that there's two sides to the story. Good luck to him in the future. Wiscy is a good landing spot.

"Coach Drevno called and said 'we're going to encourage Erik to take his five visits,'" Molinari said Friday evening. "I asked him specifically 'Are you pulling his offer?' The answer was 'No, we just want to continue to feel each other out.' I said 'Coach, are you pulling his offer?' and the answer was no.
When this is one side of the story:
then you only think there's another side is if you have your head buried so far in the sand that you think encouraging to take other visits trumps the black-and-white statement by Drevo that the offer is NOT being pulled.
This, of course, is only one act of classlessness when it comes to Swenson. I note that neither you nor any other Michigan fan that I've seen is willing to address why Harbaugh couldn't reach out to Swenson personally when the offer was pulled, but rather had to hide behind his Twitter account. A phone call to break the news would've taken a few minutes. But Harbaugh, evidently, couldn't be bothered to show a little class.
Bigger picture, Michigan fans have reached head-in-the-sand levels in justifying Harbaugh's various acts (including the Swenson saga, acting like a completely unhinged fool on the sidelines, taking thinly-veiled shots at high school players and opposing coaches on Twitter, etc., to say nothing of the instances of ridiculousness he's gotten himself into prior to returning to Ann Arbor) that I have not seen since I was appalled by Penn State fans defending Joe Paterno.
So congratulations, Michigan fans--the rest of the college football world is laughing and now views you in a similar light as to how it viewed Penn State fans.
Michigan likes to win. Others do it too. These day underperforming kids are forced out frequently , before signing day and after enrolling . Those are the other sides of the story. No, it supports the notion that there's two sides to the story. Good luck to him in the future. Wiscy is a good landing spot.
