But Chuckles did brag about how his weighty NFL experience would give him a seismic advantage vs all those poor college coaches. I just don't think the tsun fan would be quite as gung-ho on the nofunleague experience being all that matters when they had career college guys up there. Hairball is a good coach and a big upgrade over fred flintstone, but to suggest he's better than urban, saben, stoops, or fisher because he coached in the nfl is retarded.

As anyone outside of the dumbest fanbase in America knows, NFL and CFB are two different animals.

Recruiting and alumni/university politics just are not part of the NFL and are a major component of being a good college program HC/CEO.

We have all seen coaches take over new programs late in the recruiting process and make at least some noise. I can't recall ever seeing one just absolutely punt a class like JH is doing. If for whatever reason, inability or apathy, he isn't a top shelf recruiter then he is in a lot of trouble going up against Urban Meyer and his recruiting machine.

As far as the alumni/university politics area, this seems to be a spot of major potential issue for a guy who is a well know and unapologetic super-prick.

They are all so desperate for a winner they will overlook damn near anything for a while but if he doesn't earn it on the recruiting trail the losses will continue and if losing continues the toxic personality is going to wear out the welcome real fast.
