ttun recruiting (all classes)

Warde waited until they signed and now will play defense to keep them in the class and enrolled. It’s a bold move.
I've been thinking about that in relation to what *ichigan knew. The timing strongly suggests they knew and didn't tell recruits before they signed. Their signatures very likely would be void ab initio in the legal world, meaning its as if they never signed at all since it's a product of fraud. Practically speaking, their signees are likely fair game, plus I would imagine a lot of their current players may very well hit the portal.

Edit: Looks like the article above covered some of this post.

Yeah I feel like if any want out TSUN won't fight too much cause it'll be a PR disaster with them digging into who knew what when. But they are betting on most of the class sticking tight and seeing who is coach and retaining the most of the class while firing days beofre signing day would have last them most of them

The problem is that in this game of musical chairs, those who signed their paper work under fraudulent pretense, still are left without a chair and the music has stopped.

Very true and then it becomes a matter of remedies. I think on top of seeking monetary damages, they would want a declaratory judgment remedy to rule the LOIs void and nullify the LOIs they signed. That said, I would imagine most of the recruits will be able to find a pretty good team that can bring them on.
