No. There's a quota to be filled. Same reason Suga Shane was given five (hell, any) stars coming out of high school after struggling to complete 50% of his passes in high school.

Yes. It's a desperate attempt to make Harbaugh and TSUN relevant as the B1G #1 team. It's sad, actually.

Chesson is certainly solid. I'm not sure where you saw him ranked so it's hard to fully judge that.
Taco has been incredibly hyped from the minute he emerged on Michigan's radar. Rarely does his production keep pace.
