ttun basketball (Juwan out, Dusty May in)

If you've ever been to a Maryland football game, I hope you had the same experience I did. I hold Maryland fans in high regard.......but it's easy to not act like a shithead when you know your team isn't all that good. Maryland basketball is a different thing. It'll be a good test of their fans to see how they handle this fuck stain. I hope they don't let me down.

I've not been to a Maryland football game but I've seen the Buckeyes play at Indiana a couple times. Sounds like a similar vibe.

UNC basketball transfer Caleb Love announced Friday he will join Michigan, giving Wolverines coach Juwan Howard a headliner this 2023 recruiting cycle after a couple of recent program departures, including star center Hunter Dickinson. Michigan, like UNC, missed the NCAA Tournament this season, and now have an elite scorer to headline the backcourt for the 2023-24 campaign. Love was ranked the 10th-best transfer nationally, per 247Sports' individual player ratings.

Love entered the transfer portal after the season, instantly becoming one of the top college basketball players available as a lethal scorer now on the market. The former five-star recruit led the Tar Heels in scoring with 16.7 points per game this season.

"Lethal Scorer." Um, try inefficient volume scorer. Yes, he averaged 16.7 ppg last season, but he did it on 15.1 FGA/G and a .378 FGP/.299 3PP. In his three years, he's shot .316, .371, and .378 from the field & .266, .360, and .299 from three. I watched a few UNC games this year and in each one he was a brick layer and a pylon on defense. He also is somewhat annoyed by playing defense. Not sure I see how this is anything near what they're losing. He's a highly inefficient scorer with an aversion to defense. Yay? If he signed here, I'd say "meh."
