Maybe not a ton of name recognition but he has a lot of personal ties to recruits and schools and AAU programs where he could reap some benefits.

I mean, he's Jaden McDaniels' cousin. That alone might be a tempting reason to hire him. He also has some other young relatives coming up in the next few classes. Some of them his kids, ha.
