I hardly think Morris fails to substantiate. Without Morris, Michigan would suck harder than a supernova. Mike Hart : Darius Morris = Rich Rodriguez : Bo Schembechler.

Morris has a very unorthodox game, and when he's on, he's very hard to guard. His motion seems to go into a direction nobody expects, yet he ends up in good positions to either score or throw the dime. Annoying he surely is (being a Wolverine), but his game is impressive - at least to me. I won't say the same about Novak or Smotriczxszzz.

A WIN! On to the next.

Oh come on. I'm not saying Morris is a terrible player; indeed, as much as it pains me to admit it, Bike Hart wasn't a terrible player, and Morris is one of the only players on that roster that can do something more than loft threes. Using Morris as Schembechler's counterpart in that analogy is a bit too much hyperbole though, if you ask me.

My point is that, if you really watch Morris, you can see that he just exudes cockiness. Whether it's a little shit talking after the play, or an extra skip in his step, it's there. And, to be sure, he looks great at times, and even did for stretches tonight. But when the game was on the line, when the shit was really hitting the fan in the second half, he tried to instigate contact that wasn't there and flopped around as if he'd been hammered. And missed without a call. And failed. That, that is the legacy of Bike Hart.

not sure if this was mentioned in the thread or not, but anyone see Dana Jacobson having to act as an OSU cheerleader for the game tonight? and see Jay Crawford in full buckeye stuff, face painted scarlet&gray
