Hmmm...espin360 must be a bit behind. Nice to know there's some good stuff coming up.

How do you get killed by a team that hasn't come close to beating a D1A team all year???? :slappy:

Hire this guy?

Am I a bad person? I really should have turned over to watch Penn State but this perverse sense of humor kept me coming right back to TSUN-Illinois. I just enjoy watching them get their rears kicked so much.

Is this truely Illini's first FBS win of the season?
Yep. I really didn't think that Illinois would win an FBS game all season, but I guess that Zook still has a little bit of magic in him, especially when RichRod is on the other sideline.

The big question is this: Will the Wolverines quit on their season after this epic meltdown? I'd say it's 50/50 right now....

And for all of you Buckeye fans who were hoping for Michigan to become competitive again "for the sake of the rivalry" ... I hope that you weren't watching this game. :slappy:

On a serious note, the Ohio State players should watch this game so that they can see fresh evidence that one player on one play can change the outcome of a game. If that Illini defense player had not run down the TSUN player at the one yard line, then there could have been no stop. Without that stop, the Illini could not have put a touchdown between them on that quick touchdown. Instead of being down a TD, they were up one. The momentum stayed squarely on their side of the field.

That individual effort running down a certain score deserves to be the Big Ten play of the week.
