Troy Smith and Mo Hall on the option

Played it last night and got 200 yards rushing each. Used the Power Option constantly.

Smith is fast as hell. He's not that great when you simulate on dynasty though. On the other hand, Mo Hall is awesome. He won the Walker award and was 2nd in the heisman voting.

It takes a little while to really run the option well but when you figure it out it's the most lethal weapon in the game.

Did you try it with Haw?

My guess is Haw would be better than Hall. I run I stets with Haw, call a play up the gut, get his ass outside and he's gone...

I did a LOT of redshirting so I don't have Haw, Ginn, D'Andrea, Boeckman, Mitchum, Nicol, Patterson, Dukes and a couple others...I wanted to save them for later :-)...I'm gonna be stacked.

I didn't try it with Haw because he was just a frosh when I was doing this. Hall is actually quicker than Haw is in 2004. God I hate saying those 2 names at once.

I used Haw for the 2005 season and he tore it up

Haven't started Dynesty mode yet, but Haw tears it up regardless.

it really doesn't matter who's in there with Smith

it really doesn't matter who's in there with Smith as long as he can keep up with him when running outside. Smith is faster than you think

I played a few games with Smith but he fumbled constantly when running the option. I don't mean bad pitches but the ball would squirt out when he was tackled. Hall and Haw are tough though.

I haven't had a single fumble out of anyone but Childress. Smith kicks ass in the option.

Goof, I use the same combo and get the same results as you. Just friggin' awesome. I can't believe how fast Mo Hall is!
