Eh, that's just a state park next to US 97 between Portland and Bend
. (Literally. A number of movies have filmed scenes there including Rooster Cogburn.)

OK. Here's the view in the opposite direction. Still in spring so everything is green and there is water...and the Cascades aren't obscured by wildfires. Shit, I was trying to make the point that things aren't what they seem...
