Yeah, it's a situation where they might have just enough to make a #2 seed again, but with the obvious struggles against OU there's a serious chance that they have an "underachieving" season - and by underachieving I mean a still quality team that wins somewhere close to 25 games and gets a 6 or 7 seed in the tourney. It all depends on how well the correct their offensive shooting problems and defensive paint protection problems. Those two areas didn't look great against OU and could combine to hold them back as a team this year. Matta has had this team performing at - for OSU - historically high win levels for four straight years, it almost seems like sacrilege to say they won't do it again but it's a real possibility.
