tOSU vs Missouri, Goodyear Cotton Bowl, Friday Dec. 29, 8 ET on ESPN

I can honestly say that I fucking hate this coaching staff... save BH.

This here is what I mean. Fans making their entire personality hating and mocking coaches and players.

Everyone is soft, gutless, toothless, pathetic. I know guys on here are smarter than this and can take a minute to look at what's going on instead of looking for who to blame. Maybe I'm a dumb sunshine pumper, but I want to spend time talking about the game and team, not seething and twisting the knife.

Wow. I think it's time to just step away from here for a while. This place is really starting to sound like a bunch of spoiled, entitled bandwagon fans
Did the season go like wanted? Nope. Do some changes need to be made? Without a doubt. But I remember before the season began, people both here and in the media were predicting 2-3 losses. The Bucks lost 1. Yep, it was to TCUN and that really sucks and we can point to many reasons why it happened. But all the negativity and vitriol towards staff and in some cases players is out of hand. I've followed the Bucks for over 60 years and never believed in the "Natty or Bust" mentality because almost every year you find yourself disappointed. I'll support my team regardless of where or who they play. I won't whine or complain about it. Then I'll hope neede change takes place and we see improvement next year. There is far too much negativity in the real world, I don't want to constantly read it here in a place that is something of an escape from that world.
Haven’t given less of a fuck about a bowl game since the gator in 2011 or Alamo in 2004 I think.
Those that choose to feel that way, that's your choice. The rest of us will enjoy having the opportunity to watch our Buckeyes one last time before the way too long off season and next September.
Sheesh, this place is starting to sound like Bucknuts.

Nobody is "going off". It's just another example of how spoiled and entitled a lot of this fanbase has become. I've been a Buckeye fan for well over 60 years. I've followed them thru good times and bad and always will. If people want to pout, that's their choice, but as for me, and I'm sure many others here, we will watch the game, cheer on our team and enjoy getting to watch the Buckeyes one last time before the way too long off season and next September.

So whining about the whining is the way to be a better fan?

Ok what do you run with your freshman 3rd stringer? Seriously? OL isn't good, your QB can barely figure out the mike and who's blitzing. He immediately backpedals on most dropbacks.

This isn't magic. You don't will shit into existence. Guys have to practice and you put together gameplans. Get rid of Day though. 100% do it. I couldn't be happier to discuss anything else.
1. 1st string QB who won 11 games is run out of town.
2. 2nd string QB is known to be injured but no back up plan in case he is unable to finish game.(to be honest, Brown looked like he was still a back up when he was in the game anyway)
3. Day continues to run plays that have not been working all year. Runs to the outside that take a while to develop.
4. 2 players on the O Line were playing to punish guy who complained.
5 Day says subs are the responsibility of the position coaches.
6. Mass exodus to portal.
7. Continued bad decisionmaking of special teams players puts us inside the 10.

It isn't about having to play the Frosh 3rd stringer, It's about the lack of preparedness that they might need to play him and the poor preperation in general.

To your point, it’s easier to see the issues from a zoomed out, birds eye view of the program. We can’t discredit Day for the amazing defense while crediting Day for the inept offense last night. Day is the CEO, and about 70% of his reports did their job. Hartline, Bailey, Alford, Eliano, Walton, and Johnson (for the most part) did their jobs in development/prep. His other reports primarily Dennis, Flemming, and Frye didn’t.

Last nights game was lost as soon as Brown went down inside a collapsed pocket, and then further outlines it when he was drilled from the blindside. Glaringly obvious that with a better OL coach, and a more seasoned QB coach were fair much better…I’m not even going to talk about Flemming’s bum ass.

I could go either way with Frye. I dont know if it's talent, development, or both.

The OC thing, plus Parker and Corey are long overdue. A plan needs to be done now about LJ too... can't keep pushing these things off by a year and letting situations drag on.

And they need to do work in the portal on the Oline. Everyone is talking about bringing in the KState kid, but it doesn't matter if Oline doesn't get an injection now. We could bring Fields or Stroud back, and they would just be injured by October.
