I'm running with the notion that VaTech sold out on beating us. Just wrapped their whole Spring and Fall around the perfect scheme to counter all of our positives and exploit all of our weaknesses. And it worked, seemed like we were play-calling scared all day on offense and never adjusted.

So they succeeded, but didn't have anything left in the tank, perhaps not even a gameplan, for the following week?

Their WRs seem to have caught a bad case of the dropsies from ours.

I really don't care how bad Kent State is right now. It feels pretty good when you score 66, and the coaches are pretty much coaching to NOT run the score up for the entire second half.
