Swinging the ball was slow and he didn't get a clean catch. He won't hesitate again today if he gets a good look. And he shouldn't (on the catch and shoot).

He wasn't bailed out though. He was fouled. The next trip down when he walked, if a foul had been called there THAT would have been bailed out.
