Great Pride comes before the fall.
What started as friendly banter quickly turned into Sunday school, and I forgot to set my alarm. Let's just be thankful he hasn't met Mili, his head might explode. Is this what's going on 3 hours before THE NATIONAL CHAMPS TAKE THE FIRST SNAP OF THE YEAR??
O-H!!!!!
Absolutely. Plus, I want the defense to send the first message...With all the weapons we have on offense, am I the only one that wants to see us win the toss and give them the ball?
Me too! First pass pick 6, or a safety.Absolutely. Plus, I want the defense to send the first message...
I have my "12 gauge" championship jersey on. We readyGot my Elliott playoff jersey on and rolled up to the belly (don't worry, I have an undershirt) and I am ready to make my predictions:
1) Braxton goes off for 150 all-purpose yards and a TD on the first drive. Corch occasionally puts him back at wildcat in addition to HB and punt returner.
2) Sam Hubbard burts onto the scene with 3 TFL and 2 sacks. Bosa will have his underling ready to go.
3) Someone logs a pick-six in the first half. And that individual will be Vonn Bell.
4) No room to run for the Hokies and the LBs blow up the LOS all night.
5) JT starts and plays all game. 300 yards total and 3 TDs (2 passing, one running). Favorite target will be Michael Thomas but Dixon will have a few impressive snags and make a name for himself.
5) Overall: Bucks struggle in the 1st quarter and VT gets on the board first, but then talent and experience simply take over. We commit a couple turnovers but overcome them. Buckeyes end up taking this one 42-28 and exact their revenge against the Hokies.
Or bury Brewer's face into the turf on three straight downs...Me too! First pass pick 6, or a safety.

"Ezekiel 25:17. "The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who, in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of the darkness. For he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know I am the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon you."
Just sayin'; I can't get enthused about this "revenge thing". Had we of beaten Va Tech last year it could have changed the dynamics of the whole season. Maybe losing to them was the best thing that could ever of happened. It definitely woke up the team and highlighted some of our weaknesses. I'm 100% happy with the way last season turned out.
