One name to be on the lookout for Roye Oliver III out of Hamilton High School (AZ). He's on the smaller side but has produced in a major way as a Sophomore (1400+ yards 27 total TDs in 9 games). Also of note, his WR coach is Johnnie Dixon.

In-state running back Cartae Ligon will be another visitor of note in the 2028 class. While Ligon doesn’t yet have a composite ranking or an Ohio State offer, he’s become a name to know in his class as he recently picked up offers from Indiana, Miami, North Carolina and Penn State, among others, coming off of a sophomore season in which he had 2,580 all-purpose yards and 27 touchdowns for Chillicothe.
