2. Since this is last year of war reparation payments, is there anyone would would want to grayshirt? Would anyone want to come without a scholarship and hope they proved to be good enough to get one next year?
3. Will there be a wave of players wanting to get in after the title game and after a break out year in the passing game?

The staff will decide based on this season if they still need an upgrade at the position. I don't think a punter in the 2014 is necessarily a guarantee until they've had a chance to see what they've got.
2. Not likely. Grayshirting only works out in rare situations...otherwise coaches would use it all the time. How many grayshirts have we seen here at OSU...or at least guys that were offered the opportunity? Todd Boeckman, Freddie Lenix, Cedric Scott, Cardale Jones? I"m sure there are others but my point is it doesn't happen often. You're asking a kid to pay his own way for a year.
3. As long as Coach Meyer is winning games, OSU will attract top talent at every position.

I have to give props to Hypemachine, Krenzelious, Muck and several other posters who have been adding info to supplement the efforts of Wade, MD, Buckskin86 and the PB Recruiting team. I can't name everyone, but their efforts not only maintain the BP recruiting board as the best, but have also enhanced it!
