Not sure about anyone else but I often think to myself what could have been if DeShaun Thomas would have stayed. I felt that way a few years ago when Turner left but at least Turner was a top 2 pick in the draft I never will understand why Thomas left early I guess maybe he just didn't like being in college or something.

It had nothing to do with not liking college. It had everything to do with having a little mouth to feed and hitting his ceiling as a player.

Or maybe he thought he had a chance in the NBA. It doesn't always work out. Thomas will have plenty of more opportunities to come back and once he does, I think he will be a solid contributor in the NBA.

Stuff those officials and TV announcers someplace where they can never be found again.

I know that Ohio State did not play any teams with a big man the caliber of Hammons bbefore conference season began but I do not understand why Thad did not play his smaller lineup a little bit before the conference season began. It would have given the guys a little more opportunity to play together. Not knocking Matta at all but I just wonder what he would say about that.

Very nice game by Loving for a freshman. Made some key three-point shots when they were needed. Nothing needs to be said about Craft which has not been said already. The kid is simply amazing..

They usually do not shoot that bad from three-point land and most of the shots were uncontested. However,, I think they rushed a lot of those attempts and might have been better off to work the ball around a little and get a nice little two pointer instead of settling for the Rushed three-pointer

We really need to get over this type of thinking. This is a brand-new team and the guys are giving it their best effort. I mean they have not lost a game yet. Jerry Lucas also has one year left of eligibility.. Maybe we can get him back for one more year.. Quite a few teams have lost very good players to the NBA so we need to get over it just like they need to get over it.

End of Rant.
