I like to let me emotion out during the game, and forget it as soon as it’s over win or loss. With a win I’ll watch more football, after a loss I go do something outside.oh I used to take losses extremely hard. I don't anymore there just aren't enough other things to clear the head after you feel miserable on a Saturday afternoon. It helps if there's at least a Buckeye hoops game like on Monday. Women's volleyball has been a nice change of pace this year. LOL God my life is crap
