Mine is. I can reliably get 1080 quality on Hulu across the globe... but here i am with Peacock and it looks like a 2010 youtube video

My tv flashes the HDR symbol when it loads, but the video still looks like ass.

Same here....full 1080 on a Samsung that always tries to upscale to 4k ( it ends up being marginally better. Looks great on old TV shows though)
