The "just keep winning" mantra only works when your conference has parity and is respected.

Make fun of the pundits all you want (I do as well) but the national perspective of OSU is they played most of their games too close against terrible teams. The SEC gets love fest by those who matter in voting.

No, but pollsters don't look at that. I know it's Hazell, but style points are really required at this point.

Style points don't matter that much. 2 out of Alabama, FSU and Oregon need to lose. It's as simple as that. OSU would win 100000 to 0 and it wouldn't matter at this point.

Okay, well you guys keep fretting about the polls. I'll keep enjoying the wins. I don't think we're getting passed either way. Ohio State is still OHIO STATE, and will be respected as such unless they start eeking by against teams like Purdue and Illinois, they aren't getting passed.

No they won't. Not this year. People are not gonna vote a 1 loss team over an undefeated, Urban Meyer-led Buckeye team riding a 2 season winning streak.
