? Matchup to watch: Ohio State had 38 turnovers in two games against Northwestern's extended zone defenses last season, when the Buckeyes had a point guard. The Wildcats are forcing more than 16 per game in Big Ten home games this season and the Buckeyes have averaged nearly 19 in their past three road games.

? Notable: Ohio State has 17 consecutive wins against Northwestern, including eight in Evanston, dating to 1998. Evan Turner is one of nine NCAA Division I players to lead his team in points, rebounds, assists and steals. Northwestern is coming off back-to-back home losses to Illinois (60-59) and Michigan (70-67 in overtime) and has lost three in a row overall by a total of nine points. Northwestern's 11 home wins this season are its most in 26 years.
