This is a coaching staff that starts off a little bland and takes around 4 drives to adjust. Don't have that time when Minny holds the ball for so long, and makes it really hard for a young team to get settled.

It seems like every time he is flushed from the pocket his throws are bad. I think he just has too many jitters right now.

Outplayed by Minnesota in the first half.

No excuses. All of this recruiting is great when it translates to the field. We need to see it in the second half.

Well, Morgan was only 4 for 10. However, Ibrahim is the "real deal"; the Buckeyes just need to make some tackles and not give him all the yards after contact (YAC).

Play calling is good I think. Stroud needs to settle down.

Day can just bottle up and run, but that will eventually fail. We'll see what adjustments come at half. Minny is starting to dial up pressure so we might get some draws, some screens, and hopefully Stroud hits a downfield shot. Really want to see Henderson too. I think he breaks one with more carries.

For those calling for a QB change...it's a rough first start to have. He needs to be much better but Day can't just cut and run on him after a rough start on the road at night. That's a panic move IMO.

I would've been a lot more concerned about this game had I known both starting CBs were out. Defense hasn't been bad though. They're just not elite right now.
