Looking for the ball...Do even 10% of corners do this? I don't get what that means. I feel like it's an easy complaint but it's not like it's easy to do without losing the WR.

It’s not that they can’t, it’s that they’re specifically taught not to turn their head and to play the man. Even if that is “letter of the law” legal, the refs see a guy in the endzones not even looking for the ball. They’re going to flag that pretty much every time there is contact.
